Frequently Asked Questions

What are the boarding requirements?

All guests must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations. All guests must be neutered or spayed. We also require a quick free temperament assessment for first-time visitors.

How does daycare scheduling work?

Our daycare is open daily from 6:30am to 7pm. You can book single days or purchase multi-day passes for better value and guaranteed spots.

What spa services do you offer?

We offer full grooms, basic baths, nail trims, and specialty paw treatments. Spa sessions can be added to any boarding or daycare stay.

Is pricing all-inclusive?

Our boarding rates include all-day play and daily wellness checks. Additional treats, extra one-on-one time, and spa services are available as add-ons.

What should I bring for boarding?

We recommend bringing your dog's regular food and any necessary medications. We provide bedding, but you're welcome to bring in your pup's favorite blanket and small comfort items.

Do you handle special diets?

Absolutely. Our staff is trained to manage specific feeding schedules and dietary restrictions. Just let us know your pup's routine at check-in.

Will you update me during my pet's stay?

Yes! We provide you with daily updates on your pet as well as a photo of them so your mind can be at ease on your vacation!

Will my dog be with dogs that are bigger than them?

At Paw Palace we do not discriminate against breeds. However we will group your dog with dogs of the same size and temperament to ensure a safe, friendly environment for all.

How often are the suites cleaned?

We fully sanitize and clean every suite every morning. During the day we also spot clean any suites with any soil in them. We also do our laundry daily ensuring all items stay clean and sanitary. All our playrooms are cleaned daily as well.
